Terms & conditions
The terms on which Escape Leisure Vehicles Ltd (trading as Camper Camper) hires its campervans. Please read these before booking.
1. Bookings & eligibility
Hirers must be aged 25 to 79 and hold a full licence held for at least two years, with no more than six penalty points. Drivers aged 23 to 24 may be eligible subject to pre-authorisation from our insurers. Bookings are confirmed once the deposit is received.
2. Payment & deposit
A booking deposit is payable at the time of booking to secure your dates. A separate refundable security deposit is held before collection and released following a satisfactory post-hire inspection.
3. Cancellations
Your booking deposit secures your dates and is non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do what we can to help.
4. Use of the vehicle
Vehicles must be used lawfully and returned in a clean condition with a full fuel tank. Smoking is not permitted. Pets are welcome with prior notice.
5. Liability
The hirer is responsible for the vehicle during the hire period, including any insurance excess arising from damage or loss, save where caused by our negligence.
